In rare cases, a piece of jewelry may break.  Please be at ease.  We offer two years free repairs on Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings and Pendants.  You pay shipping only.   Stretchable jewelry is not guaranteed.  Please send us the jewelry to be repaired with a note on your company letterhead.  Please let us know if you are returning the item for credit, or you wish it to be repaired.

Yes.  That’s called an earring replacement. If your customer lost an earring, we can replace it, if we have the bead.  Please send us the single earring with a request for an earring replacement. This is important, as handmade beads vary a lot. We usually re-make the entire pair.

We accept returns for credit within 15 days of the invoice, with RA# (Return Authorization Number) and a copy of the invoice.  Please call our office for an RA Number before sending merchandise back.  We do not accept returns without prior authorization and RA number. 

Your first order must be prepaid by check, credit card, or COD. We offer Net 30 day terms to customers who reach purchases of $3,000 per year.  Please supply one bank reference, three trade references, and allow 3 weeks.

We have a minimum opening order of $500, and minimum re-order of $200.

We normally ship via UPS, and charge actual shipping costs plus insurance.
We charge a handling fee of $5.00 on all shipments under $500.
On orders over $500, there is no handling fee.
On orders over $1000, we offer a $5 shipping credit!

Yes, we drop ship anywhere in the USA for a $5.00 fee plus actual shipping.

Yes, any Classic bracelet is available in a custom length for a $10 fee, and is non-returnable.  We cannot do custom lengths on multi-strand or Chiclet bracelets. Please tell us the exact desired length from end to end.    Example:  Picasso Bracelet, 8 ¾”.    We measure bracelets from end to end…that is from the end of last loop to the toggle bar.  Most bracelets are about 8” long.  The actual length of each bracelet varies with the bead diameter. 

Yes.  Classic Necklaces are available in custom lengths for a $10 fee, and are non-returnable.  We cannot do custom lengths for Heart multi-strands or Chiclet necklaces.  Customizing the length of a necklace changes the space between the beads; but the number of beads is unchanged.  Please indicate the desired finished length, the necklace name, and the standard length of the piece you wish to alter.  Example:  Picasso Necklace 18”, custom length of 21”.

 
No.  Our jewelry is made for stock, and we cannot accommodate requests for custom designs.  (Such as changing the beads.)

Yes.  We offer Clips, Posts and Euro wires in gold or silver for a nominal charge. We suggest you order a few of each to keep on hand and convert them in your store quickly at the point of sale with a pair of jewelry pliers.
